The IC694MDL660 is a component module of the PACSystem RX3i Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) family. This module was originally manufactured by GE Intelligent Platform and is now manufactured by Emerson Automation. This module features high density, thirty-two (32) point input channels, particularly group separation, and has 4 (4) input groups, each consisting of eight (8) channels. The IC694MDL660 is designed for an input current of 7.0 mA per point at nominal voltage and an input signal voltage of 0 to 30 VDC at a nominal input of 24 VDC. Each channel of this module has an on-state voltage range of 11.5 to 30 VDC and an off-state voltage of 0 to 5 VDC. The maximum on-state current is 3.2 mA and the maximum off-state current is 1.1 mA. You can also choose a configurable filter time to fine-tune each input channel. Selectable input filters such as 0.5ms, 1.0ms, 2.0ms, 5ms, 10ms, 50ms, 100ms allow the module to eliminate false negatives and false negatives often caused by environmental and mechanical factors such as dust and debouncing can be ignored. The filter settings you select will result in response times when turning the input point on and off. This module specifically requires the use of high density terminal blocks such as the box style, part number IC694TBB032, or the front spring terminal block, part number IC694TBS032. Each input channel has its own input LED indicator that shows the logic state of the device. When the LED is lit, it indicates a logic 1, meaning the input channel is actively receiving input power, otherwise the LED is disabled.
The IC694MDL660 input module is a logic input module manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation and included in the RX3i PACSystem series. Designed for use with RX3i racks. This module has 32 inputs that can operate with positive or negative logic. These inputs are divided into groups, each capable of operating with voltages up to 30 volts. Each of the four input groups has a common connection. The isolation voltage between these groups is up to 250 volts AC continuous and up to 1500 volts AC for 1 minute. Do not use with 30-90 series CPUs as they are incompatible. The resolution of this module is 48 input bits and 16 output bits.
