The IC695CPE310 CPU module is a GE Fanuc CPU from the RX3i PACSystems product line. The processor is an Atom processor with a maximum processing speed of 1 GHz. The IC695CPE310 CPU module has both SRAM and flash memory and can store program data in 10 MB of uf user memory. Power requirements for the IC695CPE310 CPU module include 1 A of current when the backplane voltage rating is 3.3 VDC or 5 VDC and 0.5 A of current when the backplane voltage rating is 24 VDC. When installing the RX3i PACSystems IC695CPE310 CPU module in a complete RX3i PACSystems machine control system, it must be installed in the system's central universal backplane. This CPU will not function properly if installed in an expansion backplane or remote backplane.

The IC695CPE310 has a 1.1 GHz Atom processor and 10 MB of memory. The built-in Ethernet interface supports two connections: 10 Mb/s and 100 Mb/s. It also includes RS-485 and RS-232 serial ports. This module supports up to 512 program blocks, and each block can contain up to 128 KB. The IC695CPE310 includes Modbus RTU slave, SNP, and serial I/O protocols and communicates with human-machine interface (HMI) devices using the SNP protocol.
