*On-Board Identification Chip: An ID chip integrated onto the board serves the purpose of identifying the board to the I/O processor. This identification aids in system diagnostics, enabling the processor to recognize and manage the SRTD board efficiently.
*Compatibility with Mark VIe Systems:
In Mark VIe systems, the PRTD I/O pack collaborates seamlessly with the SRTD board. The I/O pack interfaces via a DC-37 pin connector and establishes communication with the controller through Ethernet connectivity. It's important to note that only simplex systems are supported, allowing for unidirectional communication or data flow.
*The PRTD I/O pack, when connected to the SRTD board, engages in communication with the controller via Ethernet, transmitting vital temperature-related data from the RTD inputs. This collaboration facilitates temperature monitoring and control within the system. The simplex system support ensures that the communication flow remains unidirectional, maintaining the system's reliability and simplicity.
*The board serves as a crucial component in temperature sensing and control systems, offering multiple RTD inputs and seamless compatibility with specific I/O processors, aiding in accurate temperature measurement and management within industrial setups.
*Montage options: SRTD and isolation plastic assembly, support installation on DIN rail. In addition, there is an option of SRTD and isolation fixtures, which can be assembled through the wardrobe. This option provides flexible installation and emergency functions for special configurations.
*Montage of the composition: SRTD, isolation, fixed fixtures or support or design assembly, guaranteeing functional stability. Clips on DIN rail or placement in wardrobes stabilize and organize the system.
*Cable configuration: Leshuit RTD (temperature detector) direct indication European style cable. The device contains 36 devices and two types of devices located at the RTD central connection point.
*In general, the wire diameter of caliber 18 AWG, especially the three-link twisted type blind hole, should use cable fins. Please minimize interference and guarantee relevant temperature conditions.
Shielding of cable E/S: Shielding of cable E/S utilizes external montage support from GE or the client. Support blind montage safety montage to improve the integrity of blind connection.
Unused Bolnes: Bolnes 25 to 34 are European style Bolnes type Bolnes that are not connected in standard or installed configuration.
Chassis connection: E1 and E2 provide a special montage design for chassis connection (SCOM). By montage means, use the appropriate SRTD to ensure the safety and practicality of the system.
