The General Electric Mark VI IS200VCRCH1BBB module is a separate input/output terminal processor board designed and manufactured specifically for placement in the original Mark VI series turbine control system. The Mark VI series, to which this IS200VCRCH1BBB device belongs, is an iteration of the self-proclaimed GE Mark product series in that a set of functional applications exist in the control and management systems of GE automation drives sets. Gas, steam, and even wind turbines. This is at least a step further in terms of functionality than the previously released Mark V series, since the turbine control system Mark V series of the same full-extension series name exists only in functional parameters based on gas and steam. The Mark VI series of IS200VCRCH1BBB devices looks more attractive in the large promotion market, considering that it is one of the latest development Mark product series featuring GE's patented Speedtronic control system technology.
The IS200VCRCH1B is a separate input/output card manufactured by GE as part of the Mark VI series used for gas turbine control systems.
The Contact/Relay Input/Output card accepts 48 individual inputs and manages 24 relay outputs from a total of four terminal cards via associated daughter cards.

Inputs/Outputs: The IS200VCRCH1BBB has 48 contact inputs and 24 outputs received by the TBCI model. Twelve of these outputs are solenoid outputs, the remaining 12 are dry contact relay outputs connected via the TRLY card.
Connector Location: Unlike the VCCC model, the VCRC's contact input connectors are located on the front of the module, indicated on the front panel by J33 and J44.
Status Indicators: The front panel has three LEDs for status indication: RUN (flashing green), FAIL (steady red), and STATUS (normally off, but solid amber for diagnostic alarm conditions).
Applications: The IS200VCRCH1BBB can be used for Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) and Simple applications. In a TMR application, the contact input voltage is distributed to three VME card racks (R, S, and T) via the JR1, JS1, and JT1 pins of the VCRC card.
