NEWIS230TDBTH6A is a discrete I/O board and part of the Mark VIe control system
The discrete input/output terminal board is used for TMR redundancy and is mounted on a DIN rail or flat surface. The three PDIO I/O packs connect to the controller via Ethernet and plug into the D-type connector.
This board is a TMR contact input/output terminal board that can be mounted on a DIN rail or flat surface. The board accepts 24 sets of isolated contact inputs from an external power supply with a nominal 24, 48, or 125 V DC wetting voltage.
To protect against surges and high-frequency noise, the contact inputs have noise suppression. The TDBT has 12 form-C relay outputs and can be expanded via option cards.
The PDIO I/O pack works with the TDBT in the Mark VIe system. The three I/O packs connect to the controller via the D-type connector and communicate via Ethernet. Three PDIO connection points are provided.
JR1 will network with the R controller via the dual controller on the connector, JS1 with the S controller, and JT1 with both the R and S controllers.
The TMR controller provides a network connection for each PDIO that leads to the corresponding controller. Not applicable to individual I/O packages.
