The IC200ALG230 is an analog input module for the Versamax modular I/O and control platform. This module is a small analog input module with four individually configurable analog voltage or current input channels. The module supports analog signals, specifically unipolar 0-10VDC and positive +/-10VDC voltage signals and 4-20mA current signal connections. The IC200ALG230 is equipped with two status LED indicators that locally report the module's operating state. In particular, the INT POWER LED indicates internally generated field power, while the OK LED indicates that the module is actively receiving backplane power. This analog input module has two jumpers that set the module's operating mode, including voltage, current, and unipolar or positive data. The IC200ALG230 has an integrated analog-to-digital converter that provides a resolution of 4μA = 8 counts when configured for current operation, and 2.5mV = 8 counts when configured for voltage. The typical response time of this module is 0.4ms and the filter response is 5.0ms. The input data of this module can be configured to remain in the last state or reset to a defined value when a module error is detected. The IC200ALG230 can be installed with additional I/O terminals for signal wiring. Terminal part numbers are IC200TBM001, 002, 005. We can also manufacture terminal I/O carriers with catalog numbers IC200CHS001, 002, or 005, compact terminal I/O carriers with catalog numbers IC200CHS022, 025, and connector I/O carriers. A-beam with part number IC200CHS003 is available.
The GE Fanuc IC200ALG230 module is part of the Versamax product line. It is a compatible analog input module with four current inputs or four voltage inputs. The IC200ALG230 analog input module draws power from the Versamax PLC backplane power supply, so no external power supply is required. It is designed to interface with Versamax PLC or programmable logic controller systems in commercial or industrial environments. All four inputs are unbalanced and grouped. The IC200ALG230 analog input module draws 125mA of backplane current with a 5V output voltage. The input voltage is typically +/- 10V DC positive voltage, but can also be configured for 0-10V unipolar voltage. Configuration of the GE Fanuc Versamax IC200ALG230 analog input module can be accomplished using two jumpers located on the carrier terminals. These jumpers configure the module to operate in either current or voltage mode, and when voltage mode is selected, can be used to configure the module to operate in either unipolar or anode mode within the voltage mode. The jumpers used to select current or voltage mode from the IC200ALG230 analog input module allow the module to accept an input current of 4-20mA.
